Tasty Asian food at a very reasonable price. I am not familiar with Hmong food, but the Hmong sausage and sticky rice was very good. The rice was some of the best I've had in my life. Properly cooked, not mushy with great texture and very sticky. The eggrolls were simple, delicious, hot and very crispy. So far it's my favorite Asian food in Chico, but that's not saying very much. If you like Asian food, you should definitely try it. Totally worth the money and effort. Thank you crispy eggroll!

$11 or $12 for crispy stir fried noodle meal and 6 eggrolls, in 2025 is a STEAL. I've never had that kind of noodle and I enjoyed it. I ate on it all day. Thanks crispy eggroll staff for taking my phone order and having it ready so fast. You made me happy! (The eggrolls reheat so well in airfryer !)

This little food trailer is serving up authentic hot meals for under $15. I got an order of egg rolls and the Curry Noodle Soup and could barley finish half of it. I am always in search of quality noodle soups and asian food in this town and although the menu is limited, every single item is on point! Check them out if you haven't already. Nice alternative to the typical taco truck for lunch breaks around here. Corner of East Park Ave X Dr. MLK Pkwy & S. Whitman place. It's an odd intersection, just gps Cycle Gear, they share a parking lot. Enjoy!

Chico locals rave about this food truck parked by My Oriental Market, and with good reason. The egg rolls are indeed crispy. Hmong sausage and sticky rice is a perennial favorite. The noodles are sweet and savory and rich. Takeaway orders only, and food typically takes about 15 minutes to prepare. They take cash and card. Awesome!

I've only tried two things on the menu And I am very impressed. Hmong sausage with sticky rice is amazing with the sauce they give you.. spicy with a strong cilantro taste. Egg rolls are egg rolls.. unless they're cooked perfectly and these are. The sweet and sour sauce is not some red dyed cornstarch and sugar sauce. I think it has garlic pineapple and a little peeper flake, very tasty. Last time I was there I was talking to a guy that said he comes from willows just to have their food. The second time I was there another guy was getting the curry soup.. on a 100 degree day. He said it was that good. This may be my go to spot when I'm in chico for lunch.
